The Water Spray Unit is designed to activate when the roller makes contact with the belt and exceeds the pre-set points. Upon proper installation, the roller is positioned so that it does not touch conveyor belt and when the load makes the belt sags it will make contact with the roller forcing it to trip the contacts.
Mount roller near belt, do not allow belt to touch roller. Wire to the normally open contacts of switch and the pre-determined digital input of the controller (if applicable).Lets Get in Touch!
